At the sixth floor of NH Collection Palazzo Gaddi, a 5-star hotel located in a historic 16th-century Palace in the heart of Florence, there’s a wonderful terrace from where it’s possible to enjoy a beautiful view of the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral and the major Renaissance beauties of the city.

In 2022 Summer season, on this terrace there’s been Fishing the Roof!, a concept thought by Fishing Lab specifically developed for the aperitivo, open in the evening to both hotel guests and external customers, offering an exclusive experience: the spectacular view of Florence’s skyline among drinks, wines, raw fish and creative recipes.

The premises of NH Collection Palazzo Gaddi have been, among many other things, the residence of the famous English author John Milton. Here there are also noble halls in Florentine Baroque style, the majestic sculpture Resting Hercules, attributed to Gioacchino Fortini and marvellous frescoes by famous painters such as Ranieri del Pace and Luca Giordano.
